Bambanani, put simply, is a record label, but at it’s heart it is so much more than that. Our name means: ‘hold each other,’ a phrase used in times of grief or peril in South Africa to unite communities and encourage togetherness.

To us, Bambanani is all about creating community, sharing culture, experimenting with music, and having a fucking good time!
